ABOUT Mango- Mint Frozen Yogurt RECIPE

Frozen dessert made with yogurt fresh mango and mint leaves to give different taste.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Milk 1 liter
  2. Curd 1 tablespoon
  3. Mango (Alphonso) 1
  4. Mint leaves handful
  5. Condensed milk 100 milliliter.
  6. Honey 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Lukewarm the milk.
  2. Add curd to it and stir well.
  3. Cover it and set this aside in a warm place (untouched ) until set (about 4-5 hours...but it depends upon the climate)
  4. Take set curd in muslin cloth leave it hanging for about 2-3 hours or till all water drains out (to save time you can squeeze out all water by applying pressure)
  5. This way you will get hung curd.
  6. Wash mango and mint leaves.
  7. Take out pulp from mango.
  8. Now blend mango pulp, hung curd, honey, mint leaves and condensed milk to a smooth paste.
  9. Put it in freezer for about 4 hours or until solid.
  10. Scoop, garnish and serve
