Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Pasta 100 gram
  2. Maida 8 tablespoon
  3. Water 3 glass
  4. Salt as per taste
  5. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  6. Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  7. Chat masala 1 tsp
  8. Amchur powder 1 tsp
  9. Oil for Deep frying

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring 3 glass water. Add 1 tbsp salt.
  2. When water starts boiling, add pasta to it and cook for 5 minutes or till it gets soft and cooked up to 90% .
  3. Drain the cooked pasta and rinse with cold water.
  4. In a bowl add pasta and 8 tbsp Maida, mix well .
  5. Now heat the oil in a pan on medium flame for frying.
  6. Once oil is hot , slide in few pasta pieces. Fry them till they are golden brown. Then remove it using slotted spoon.
  7. Make sure to line the plate with paper towel to absorb excess oil. Fry all the pasta in same way.
  8. Now take another bowl add pasta in it. Add 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp Chat masala,1 tsp amchur powder and salt as per taste, mix well.
  9. Enjoy this snack with tea and sauce.
