ABOUT Moong sprout salad RECIPE

A very healthy and refreshing salad and absolutely tasty too.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Sprouted moong - 2 cups
  2. Onion (chopped into cubes) - 1/4 cup
  3. Tomato (chopped into cubes) - 1/4 cups
  4. Carrot (grated) - 1/4 cup
  5. Cucumber (grated) - a handful
  6. Curd (thick) - 4 tbsp
  7. Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp
  8. Salt - 11/2 tsp
  9. Pepper powder - 2 tsp
  10. Lemon juice - 2 tsp
  11. Finely chopped coriander and mint leaves - a handful
  12. Coconut (grated) - a handful

Instructions

  1. Take the sprouted moong in a mixing bowl
  2. Add in all the vegetables and give it a mix. Also add the grated coconut and chopped coriander and mint leaves.
  3. Then add the curd and mayonnaise and mix it
  4. Add in the salt and pepper powder and mix it evenly.
  5. Add serve in a bowl after adding lemon juice and give it a nice mix.
  6. Garnish with some coriander leaves
