ABOUT Masala chhas (buttermilk) RECIPE

This is a very cooling recipe for summers

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Curd- 1 cup
  2. water- 1 cup
  3. Chaat masala- 1 tsp
  4. Ginger- 1 tsp (grated)
  5. Green chilli- 1 tsp (finely chopped)
  6. Curry leaves- 4
  7. Mint leaves- 1 tbsp
  8. Coriander leaves- 1 tbsp
  9. Cumin Powder- 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Take curd in a bowl. Add chopped coriander, mint leaves, curry leaves, grated ginger, green chillies.
  2. Blend with hand blender.
  3. Add cold water and chaat masala, cumin powder. Blend again.
  4. Serve garnished with mint leaves.
