ABOUT Maggi Savoury Marble Toast RECIPE

Savoury Maggi Toasts served to Kids adults just any one can be a fulfilling healthy meal as well as a great Brunch .To indulge serve fries with it .Soft beaten eggs seasoned with milk and salt Chicken maggi with all veggies available and sweet corn to put the sweetness here, added with basic seasoning of choice and any ketchup to give the Tang. Serve toasted, moms style, on tawa. Enjoy.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 packet chicken maggi
  2. 4 Eggs
  3. 1 tbsp milk
  4. 1 capsicum chopped fine
  5. 1 carrot chopped fine
  6. 1/2 cup Sweet corn kernels fresh
  7. 1 spring onion greens
  8. Salt to taste
  9. 1 tsp pepper
  10. 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  11. 1 tsp chilli sauce
  12. 1 tbsp oil to grease Tawa
  13. Big slices Marble bread (half white half brown) optional use bread of choice

Instructions

  1. Prepare Maggi with taste maker cool and keep aside
  2. Chop veggies and wash drain corn
  3. Add the veggies corn, salt pepper to taste to the cool maggi
  4. Now beat eggs soft and add milk
  5. Heat Dosa tawa and add oil to grease
  6. Pour beaten egg with pinch of salt mixed on to Tawa
  7. Once the top is done add the maggi mix on one side
  8. Now mix both ketchup and chilli sauce and add on to maggi
  9. Fold close the other side to make Omelette, press lightly and other sides
  10. Take it of flame on a plate and cut out to place in your bread
  11. Place it on bread slice and cover with other
  12. Toast them on hit tawa both sides
  13. Cut into two and enjoy
