Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. One pack maggi
  2. One cup mix veggies(carrot, mutter,corn, capsicum)
  3. 2 boiled potatoes
  4. Salt
  5. 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
  6. 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
  7. 1/2 tbsp amchoor
  8. 1/2 tbsp jeera powder
  9. Oil for frying
  10. Water

Instructions

  1. Boil Maggi in one cup water
  2. Mix mashed potatoes, boiled mutter, corn, blanched carrot, chopped Capsicum, green chilli chopped, coriander, Maggi taste maker,and all masalas​, ready the Maggi in a mixing bowl
  3. Don't over mix it or Maggi will loose it's texture
  4. Make cutlets from the mixture of desired shape
  5. Make sure cutlets are not too thick or it will take time to cook
  6. Heat some oil in a pan
  7. Shallow fry cutlets till it becomes crispy
  8. Serve hot with schezwan sauce or tomato sauce
