Maggi Stuffed Spinach Dumplings in White sauce

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Chicken Maggi 1 pack
  2. Spinach leaves 15 to 20. ( Big)
  3. Amul Paneer cubes 8 to 10
  4. Onion chopped fine 1 big.
  5. Garlic crushed 2 tsp
  6. Pepper powder 1 tsp ( to taste)
  7. Wheat flour 2 tsp ( heaped)
  8. Clarified butter 2 tsp ( heaped)
  9. Milk 2 cups
  10. Green chilli crushed 1 tsp
  11. Coriander leaves finely chopped 1 tsp
  12. Pomegranate seeds 1 tbsp
  13. Oil 1 tsp
  14. parsley for garnish
  15. Tomato ketchup / hot ketchup to taste
  16. Cheese grated 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Cook Chicken Maggi and add 1/2 tsp crushed chill. Keep it aside.
  2. Boil water. Blanch Spinach leaves just for a minute (not all together)
  3. Dip 2 leaves at a time and remove then transfer it to the room temperature water and keep aside.
  4. Make white sauce by heating clarified butter, adding wheat flour and hot milk simultaneously.
  5. Add salt, pepper and garlic and turn off the gas. Add sauteed onions too.
  6. Now take a Spinach leaf, put a tsp of maggi over it, fold and arrange in a greased oven bowl.
  7. Like that, keep stuffing all the Spinach leaves and fold to make pockets of any shape.
  8. Grate paneer cubes over it.
  9. Add pomegranate seeds and Coriander leaves to white sauce. You can add grated carrot too to the white sauce.
  10. Pour white sauce over it. Spread grated cheese and bake in preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes at 220 c.
