Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Watermelon in round shape 2 slices
  2. Peeled mango 1
  3. Peeled kiwi 1
  4. Pomegranate pearls 2 tbsp
  5. Grapes 1 bunch or as require
  6. chaat Masala as your taste
  7. Black pepper 2 /3 pinch
  8. Toothpicks 6/7

Instructions

  1. Keep ready all fruits
  2. Take slicer for making fruit slices
  3. Make slices of mango.
  4. Now arrange the mango slices for folding.
  5. Now start folding the slices with the help of knife.
  6. Now your rose roll is ready.
  7. Now make a cut in-between the roll of slices you get mango roses.
  8. Make little heart from grapes and help of toothpick .Keep aside for use.
  9. Take a one slice of watermelon and scoop the .
  10. Take Kiwi and make slices and take some pomegranate pearls.
  11. Take a plate keep watermelon slice and sprinkle some chaat masala and black pepper on it.
  12. Now keep mango roses in between of watermelon slice and now arrange the grapes of heart shapes with roses.
  13. Now arrange the Kiwi slices and scoop of watermelon along with pomegranate pearls.
  14. Now keep this plate in fridge for chilling 10/15 minute or as you like.
  15. When you server your fruit plate sprinkle some chaat masala and black pepper for taste.
