Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup all purpose flour
  2. 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  3. 1/2 cup Honey
  4. 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  5. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 3 extra ripe medium sized bananas pureed
  8. 3 teaspoon vanilla flavour
  9. 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  10. 2 Eggs
  11. 1 cup milk
  12. 1 cup homemade curd
  13. 3 tablespoon honey
  14. 3 to 4 tablespoon store bought chocolate spread

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, honey and salt.
  2. Add milk, vegetable oil, vanilla essence, 2 pureed banana and eggs. Whisk until you derive a smooth mixture
  3. Now heat a Non stick pan, pouring the batter mix and shape them into pancake rounds. Flip the pancakes and cook for couple of minutes more. You will derive 4 pancakes.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together 1 pureed banana, curd and honey.
  5. Now pile the pancakes, one on top of the other. Layer them with chocolate spread and moisten them with banana, curd and honey mix.
