Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Condensed milk, 200 gms
  2. Maida, 100 grams
  3. Whole Wheat flour, 85 grams
  4. Curd, 75 grams
  5. 2 tablespoon milk, if needed
  6. Ripe bananas, 2
  7. Softened butter, 50 grams
  8. Vanilla Essence, 1 teaspoon
  9. Baking Powder, 1 teaspoon
  10. Baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon
  11. Caramel syrup, 1/4 to 1/2 cup as per taste preference
  12. Dark choco chips, 2 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 10 minutes on Bake mode.
  2. Grease a 7 inch cake tin.
  3. Mash the bananas with a fork.
  4. Whisk the condensed milk and butter.
  5. It should turn creamy.
  6. Add the curd and whisk well for a couple of minutes.
  7. Add in the mashed bananas.
  8. Put in the vanilla essence and whisk it a smooth batter.
  9. Sieve both the flours, baking powder and baking soda.
  10. Add the dry ingredients to the wet and whisk again.
  11. Add little milk if batter is too thick and dry.
  12. Pour in the tin .
  13. Sprinkle choco chips and tap the tin lightly.
  14. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or till done.
  15. Remove and cool for 5 minutes before de moulding.
  16. Cool on wire rack.
