Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. one raw banana
  2. onions 1/2 cup
  3. chopped chillies 1 teaspoons
  4. lemon juice 3 teaspoons
  5. salt per taste
  6. oil 3 teaspoons
  7. sandwich bread 4
  8. cucumber slices, tomato slices, small lemon slice 3 teaspoons
  9. mustard seeds 1 teaspoon
  10. black urad dal 1 teaspoon
  11. red chillies 3
  12. curry leaves 1 teaspoon
  13. ghee 1 teaspoon
  14. pinch of hing powder

Instructions

  1. first boil banana and collect the paste
  2. now switch on the stove take a pan,put oil and temper with mustard seeds, red chillies, black urad dal, curry leaves.
  3. then add boiled banana paste, salt ,pinch of hing powder. finally add lemon juice and switch off the stove.
  4. now take sandwich breads and stuff this curry in between bread
  5. close both ends and roast it on a pan using ghee
  6. roast both sides and cut in sandwich shape and garnish with cucumber, tomato, lemon slice.
