Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Potato boiled 2 ,mashec
  2. 1 raw banana grated
  3. 1 onion minute sliced
  4. 1 green chillies minute sliced
  5. 1/2 cup oats
  6. 1/2 Tsp Saunf
  7. 1/2 tsp jeera
  8. 1/2 tsp roasted dhaniya seeds
  9. 1/2 tsp Red chillies powder
  10. 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  11. 1/2 tsp chat masala
  12. Salt as per the taste
  13. 2 bread slices
  14. 2 tsp rice flour

Instructions

  1. Soak the oats for 10 minutes
  2. Now mix mashed potato,onion,green chillies,g grated raw banana,jeera,saunf,salt,turmeric,red chillies
  3. Now add 2 teaspoons rice flour and 2 bread sliced and mix it well
  4. Now make square cutlets
  5. Heat the oil in the kadai and now drop these cutlets and turn both sides until it turn brown
  6. Serve it hot with tomato ketchup or dhaniya/pudina chutney
