ABOUT Banana Cashew Wheat Loaf RECIPE

This is the best banana bread I have made so far, it is very healthy as I have used wheat flour. This is a perfect breakfast recipe.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Over riped bananas 4
  2. Wheat flour 1 cup
  3. Oil 1/2 cup
  4. Sugar 1/2 cup( adjust according to sweetness of banana)
  5. Vanilla extract 1/2 tsp
  6. Cashews 1/2 cup
  7. Baking Powder 1 Tsp
  8. Baking soda 1/2 tsp
  9. Salt 1 pinch

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degree Celsius.
  2. Grease a rectangular cake pan with some oil & keep aside.
  3. Take sugar and powder it
  4. Now take all 4 bananas and puree them in a mixer.
  5. Now mix both- powdered sugar and bananas properly.
  6. To this mixture add oil, vanilla and cashews & mix properly.
  7. In the same bowl sieve the flour with baking powder, baking soda & salt.
  8. Fold the sieved flour slowly & gently.
  9. Pour this mixture into the greased pan.
  10. Bake at 180 degree for 30-40 degrees or till toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  11. Once warm just remove and make slices, serve warm with a cup of coffee
