Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Kache kele / raw bananas 3
  2. Fresh desiccated coconut 1/2 cup
  3. Fresh matar/ peas 1 small bowl
  4. Cumin/zeera 1 tsp
  5. Lalmirch powder 1 tsp
  6. Dry mango powder 1 tsp
  7. Jeera powder 1 tsp
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Lemon juice 1 tsp
  10. Green Chilli chopped 1
  11. Fresh coriander leaves few chopped
  12. Mustard oil 3-4 tsp

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop raw bananas. Parboil it.
  2. Parboil fresh peas also.
  3. Take a non-stick pan.
  4. Put mustard oil. Throw in some cumin / zeera in it.
  5. Add parboiled raw banana roundels.
  6. Saute on high flame.
  7. Adjust flame to medium to high till banana change its colour to light brown.
  8. Throughout process don't cover the pan.
  9. Add chopped green chilli
  10. Add parboiled peas.
  11. Add the above mentioned masalas
  12. Now add desiccated coconut.
  13. Saute continuously
  14. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  15. Add lemon juice
  16. Serve hot with chapati
