ABOUT Macaroni Chaat RECIPE

Refreshing tangy and super easy chaat made in a jiffy. Goes well with any snack or starter in a party. You can literally play around with this chaat by adding your favourite ingredients. It tastes so very yummy and absolutely rocks in any dinner party. Serve this chilled for that extra zing. Can be served at room temperature too as it tastes equally yummy even that way. Also can add any seasonal fruit of choice to make it more appealing and colourful.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Macaroni boiled 120 gm
  2. Tomatoes 2 chopped
  3. Cucumber chopped 2
  4. Onion 1 chopped
  5. Green onions chopped 1/2 cup
  6. Green chillies finely chopped 2 or red chilli flakes 1 tbsp
  7. Black pepper powder 1 tbsp
  8. Chat masala 1 tbsp
  9. Coriander leaves chopped 1/4 cup
  10. Dry parsley flakes 1 tbsp
  11. Lemon juice 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Boil the macaroni at first. Let it cool down a bit.
  2. Add in the black pepper to the macaroni. I did not use green chillies. Instead i used mild red chilli flakes.
  3. Chop all the veggies.
  4. Add them all to the dish and toss well along with the green onions too. Sprinkle chat masala, chilli flakes and dry parsley too. Add some lemon juice too without fail.
  5. Tangy chaat is ready to serve right away or chill it for a few minutes before serving.
