ABOUT Barley With Pecans (dessert) RECIPE

This is a very healthy low calorie and low cholesterol dessert. It is very good for growing children

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Barley 1 cup (soaked)
  2. Milk 1/2 litre
  3. Regular sugar 2 tsp
  4. Coconut sugar 2 tsp
  5. Grated coconut 2 tsp
  6. Chopped pecans 2 tsp
  7. Green cardamom powder 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Take a deep pan add milk and soaked barely. Let it boil. Stir continuously.
  2. When barely is cooked, add coconut, sugar, chopped pecans and green cardamom powder. Stir continuously
  3. Switch off the flame add coconut sugar and serve.
