Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. For the Syrup -
  2. 100 grams jaggery
  3. 1 Cup water
  4. Kesar few strands
  5. Elachi 2
  6. For the jamuns-
  7. 1/2 kg Khoya
  8. 4 to 5 tbsp maida
  9. Crushed dried Rose buds
  10. For the base -
  11. 1 packet digestive biscuits
  12. 2 packets good day badam pista biscuits
  13. 100 grams butter
  14. For the Cheese cake -
  15. 3 cups Cream cheese(Paneer)
  16. 1 cup hung curd
  17. 1/4 tin milkmaid
  18. Crushed rose buds few
  19. 1 packet gelatine or agar agar powder

Instructions

  1. For syrup - Take jaggery water elaichi and water and boil it to get 1 string consistency.
  2. For the jamuns- Take khoya and knead it. Add rose buds (crushed).
  3. Add 1 tbsp maida at a time. Keep kneading till it is nice and soft.
  4. Make small balls and fry in pure ghee on slow flame
  5. Drop them in the syrup
  6. Base- Take the biscuits grind them and add butter and set in a pie pan (i took 10 inches)
  7. Add cut jamuns on the base and let it set for sometime
  8. For the cream cheese - Take cheese, add hung curd milkmaid and crushed rose buds.
  9. Whip nicely
  10. For gelatine - Take gelatine add water and let it bloom
  11. Can use agar agar powder as well
  12. Add the gelatine and pour the mix immediately over the jamuns
  13. Decorate as with gulab jamuns and rise buds and kesar badam pista
  14. Let it set in the fridge overnite
  15. Serve
