Heat oil and saute the coriander seeds as well as the garlic cloves.
After sauteeing for a while, add both the onions finely chopped to the pan.
After 2 mins, add the chopped tomato. Cook until tender.
After 10 mins, switch off and let it cool.
Blend all into a smooth paste using as little water as possible.
Temper the chutney and serve hot with plain rice and fish fry. It tastes heavenly.
