Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 2 cup of kabuli channa soaked overnight
  2. Onions 2 big
  3. 2 tomatoes
  4. Ginger 1tsp
  5. Garlic 10 cloves
  6. Dhania powder 1 tsp
  7. Salt as to taste.
  8. Red chilli as to taste.
  9. Bay leave 1
  10. Cumin seeds 1tsp
  11. Garam Masala
  12. Geeen chilly
  13. Corrainder leaves

Instructions

  1. Boil over night soaked channas for 30 minutes
  2. Take a wok.
  3. Heat 7 -9 spoons of oil .
  4. Add minced garlic.
  5. Add grinded onions.
  6. Make them golden brown.
  7. Add tomatoes grinded make a fine masala.
  8. Add dry ingredients salt dhania powder red chilly powder cumin seeds.
  9. Bay leave one
  10. Now saute well for 15 minutes.
  11. Now add boiled dry channas in wok.
  12. Saute it very well.
  13. Make a dry look of it.
  14. Off the flame.
  15. Garnish it well with corainder leaves.
