ABOUT Eggless Wheat Brownie with Chocolate Mousse RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Whole Wheat Flour 1 cup
  2. Cocoa powder 1/4 cup
  3. powdered sugar 3/4 cup
  4. salt 1/4 tsp
  5. Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  6. Baking soda 1/2 tsp
  7. Milk 1/2 cup
  8. Curd 1/4 cup
  9. Oil 4 tbsp
  10. Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  11. Walnuts chopped few
  12. For Syrup
  13. Sugar 5 Tbsp
  14. Water 1 cup
  15. Coffee 1 tsp
  16. For Mousse
  17. Chocolate 1/2 cup
  18. Whipping Cream 1/2 Cup
  19. Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  20. Ice for water bath
  21. Cherries for garnish
  22. For crumble
  23. White chocolate melted 3 tbso
  24. Cornflakes 2 tbsp
  25. Dark Chocolate Melted 3 tbsp
  26. Walnut 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Sieve all dry ingredients
  2. In a bowl ,mix all wet ingredients.. Milk,curd,oil,vanilla essence..whisk well
  3. Add dry ingredients to wet Ingredients
  4. Mix and whisk well
  5. Add few finely chopped walnuts.. Very slowly mix it with spatula
  6. Grease a baking tray and apply butter paper
  7. Fill in mixture into tin..sprinkle few walnuts chopped
  8. Preheat Oven to 150° C for 10 minutes
  9. Bake brownie at 150 °C for 3o minutes.. Keep checking after 25 minutes till done
  10. Melt both white and dark chocolate separately.. To white chocolate add cornflakes and spread it on butter paper.. After it dries..chop it.. Similarly to Dark chocolate add walnut..after dry chop it finely
  11. Make ice bath.. In a big vessel add chilled water and ice cubes.. Now in this vessel place a bowl of cream.. Whip cream till it reaches smooth peaks..add in chocolate and essence..again whip.. Fill in piping bag.. Chocolate mousse is ready.
  12. Cut brownie in rectangular shape..apply syrup.. Syrup is made by boiling water,coffee and sugar..let it cook for 4 minutes.. After cool, we can use.
  13. Make Chocolate decorations of your choice..
  14. Assembling First layer of brownie Second layer of Mousse and sprinkle of crumbles Third layer of chocolate sheet with cherries and garnish On both sides are crumbles..
