Wash the bombil cut it in 3 psc
Now take all ingredients to make a smooth paste add water as required

Now take vassel add oil saute grinned paste until the start leaving aroma
Saute for 7 to 8 to cook on medium flame
Now add hot water in masalas mix well then add kokum and adjust to salt to taste, boil for 3 to 4 min
Now add bombil psc in gravy and cover lid for 3 to 4 min only do not over cook bombil
Switch off the flame remove from gas
Serve with hot curry with ukada rice , chapati and rice bhakri
