Boil the milk. Add lemon juice. Once the milk curdles strain in a muslin cloth and hang it for 20 minutes. Chenna is ready.
Take chenna and knead it for 5 minutes so that it becomes creamy. Make small balls.
Take a big vessel . Add water and sugar. Cook for 10 minutes. Add chenna balls. Cook for 15 minutes on medium flame.
let it cool down completely. Garnish with saffron.
Delicious rosogulla is ready.
