ABOUT Wheat (atte ke) pancake RECIPE

My son is fond of Mc Donald pancakes. I thought why not to make it at home and that too healthier version of pancake! So i tried atte ke pancakes. And the result was awsome !

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Wheat flour 1 cup
  2. Fine Sugar 3 tbsp
  3. Milk 3/4 cup
  4. Egg 1
  5. Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
  6. Baking powder 2 pinches
  7. Butter 4 tsp
  8. Honey 4 tsp

Instructions

  1. Take a pan . Beat the egg in it.
  2. Add sugar in it.
  3. Add milk and mix well.
  4. Then add Atta.
  5. Add vanilla essence and baking powder to it.
  6. Mix all the ingredients well.
  7. Let the batter mixture rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Take a non stick pan. Add 1 tsp butter in it.
  9. Pour a ladle full of batter mixture in the pan and spread it.
  10. Flip the pancake when one side is cooked and cook it in the other side.
  11. Remove from pan and Pour some honey on the pancake and serve with love.
