Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For the stuffing:
  2. 1 cup boneless chicken cube
  3. 1 small onion chopped
  4. 1 green chili chopped
  5. salt as per taste
  6. Black pepper 1 tsp or as per taste
  7. 6 boiled eggs, halved

Instructions

  1. Boil chicken with minimum water and salt.
  2. Once boiled, drain and put in mixer jar along with onion, chili, black pepper and mix till everything is well incorporated.
  3. Take out the yolks from the halved eggs and stuff with the mixture.
