Ingredients: 2 tbsp Vanilla custard powder; 1/2 liter milk; 4 tbsps sugar; 1 packet Strawberry jelly; Water accordingly; 4-5 Strawberry; 2 bananas chopped; 2 apples chopped; 1 pomegranate de-seeded; 10-12 green grapes; 1 kiwi diced

ABOUT Fruity custard with Strawberry jelly RECIPE

A very colourful dish to attract all ,young or old ,and especially kids

Ingredients Serving: 2

2 tbsp Vanilla custard powder
1/2 liter milk
4 tbsps sugar
1 packet Strawberry jelly
Water accordingly
4-5 Strawberry
2 bananas chopped
2 apples chopped
1 pomegranate de-seeded
10-12 green grapes
1 kiwi diced

Instructions

Prepare custard & jelly according to the instructions given on the box
Now pour custard & jelly in which ever dishes or glasses, you would want to serve.
The jelly sets in about 20-30 minutes . Put them in refrigerator
First add the fruits in the custard and mix well.
Pour this fruit custard mixture into the glasses with the set jelly.
Decorate with kiwi & Strawberry Jelly cubes
Now it is ready to be served
