ABOUT Fruit Smoothie RECIPE

This is a delicious and quick, filling smoothie if you would like to have a nutrient packed lunch or breakfast. Follow this recipe to make this at home.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 small Apple
  2. 1 over ripe banana
  3. 1 slice of tinned pineapple
  4. 1 cup Toned Milk
  5. 1 pellet of stevia (optional)

Instructions

  1. Chop the fruits into pieces, removing the core of the apple
  2. Put in the blender and blend.
  3. Add in the milk, Stevia, if using, and some ice cubes.
  4. Serve chilled.
