I had made this cake for my parent's anniversary, follow this quick recipe to make the same for your loved ones.

Ingredients Serving: 8

2 cup flour
1 cup brown sugar
Cocoa powder 1/2 cup
1 teaspoon baking powder
Milk 1 + 1/2 cup milk
Oil 1/3 cups
Butter for greasing

Instructions

Whisk all dry ingredients in a bowl and keep it aside.
In another bowl mix all wet ingredients.
Now add wet ingredients in dry and whisk until it forms a batter.
Now grease a microwave safe baking tin and pour the batter into it.
Bake the cake in a microwave oven, at the highest heat for 5 minutes. let the cake cooled down enough and demould, ice the cake with some melted chocolate on top or with some icing of your choice.
