ABOUT Banana choco mousse RECIPE

This is a banana chocolate mousse which is so tasty that my children finished them off in a jiffy.

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. banana - 200 g
  2. Milk - 100ml
  3. sugar - 30 g
  4. cocoa powder - 10 g
  5. fresh cream - 200ml
  6. gelatin - 5 g
  7. Whipped, rolled chocolate etc - preference

Instructions

  1. Mix 4 tbsp of water to the gelatin. Put bananas, milk, sugar, cocoa powder in a food processor and blend till everything is blended into a smooth paste.
  2. Whisk the cream until fluffy and slowly fold this cream into the above paste . Add the gelatin into the mousse, then pour this mixture into the moulds and refrigerate them until the mousse sets.
  3. Just before eating, decorate whipped, mint, rolled chocolate
