ABOUT Koshimbir/Salad RECIPE

A very healthy and simple salad . excellent side dish or can be consumed as a main dish when in a diet. .

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Cucumber chopped 1 cup
  2. Tomato chopped 1 cup
  3. Green Chilli chopped 1
  4. Pomegranate pearls 2-3 tablespoon
  5. sugar 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Roasted peanuts ground coarsely 1 tablespoon
  7. Hung curd 1/2 cup
  8. Black salt as per taste
  9. chat masala as per taste
  10. For decoration
  11. Zucchini slices thin 5-6
  12. Grated carrot 1
  13. Coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Mix all above mentioned ingredients
  2. For decoration place some zucchini slices filled with grated carrot (with pinch of salt ) and coriander leaves
