ABOUT Detox/Flavoured water RECIPE

Flavouring water is a fun way of drinking it, not only does it reminds me to keep sipping enough water throughout the day but also suppresses hunger and cravings. 1). Blueberries & Lemon 2). Cherry & Mint 3). Ginger, Raw Turmeric, Lemon and Mint 4). Rose Cardamom

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Blueberries and Lemon
  2. Ginger, Raw Turmeric, Lemon and Mint
  3. Cherry and Mint
  4. Rose PetalsBuds & Few Cardamom Pods

Instructions

  1. Pierce blueberries with a toothpick and slice lemon before adding to the water bottle.
  2. Pierce Cherries and wash mint leaves before adding to water bottle.
  3. Grate Ginger, raw turmeric, slice lemon and wash mint leaves before adding to water bottle.
  4. Wash Rose petals buds and cardamom pods before adding to Tthe water bottle.
  5. Let all the ingredients infuse with water for at least 2-3 hours before consuming.
