This is a very good recipe for your breakfast . This is not only tasty but also very good for those people who are dieting .

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Apple 1
  2. Oats 1 cup
  3. Egg 1
  4. Olive oil 2 tablespoons
  5. Baking powder 1 teaspoon
  6. Honey 1 tablespoon
  7. Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
  8. Ground Cinnamon 1/2 Teaspoon
  9. Salt 1/4 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the apple and keep aside .
  2. In a bowl add oats , egg , honey , vanilla extract , ground cinnamon , baking powder and salt .
  3. Mix all the ingredients very well .
  4. Now add the chopped apple and mix again .
  5. Heat a pan .
  6. Add a teaspoon of olive oil in the pan and spread it .
  7. Add 2 tablespoons of pancake batter and spread it like dosa .
  8. Keep the flame low and cover the pan with a lid for 1 to 2 minutes .
  9. Then flip the pancake to the other side and cook for another 30 seconds .
  10. Your healthy apple oats pan cake is ready .
  11. Drizzle some honey on it and serve it .
