ABOUT Fruit Lassi Popsicles RECIPE

Yummy taste of curd and fruits in thevform of popsicles.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Curd 1 cup
  2. Sugar 4 tsp
  3. Chopped seasonal fruits 1/2 cup
  4. Banana,kiwi,strawberries,black grapes,pomegranate
  5. Rabri

Instructions

  1. Take curd. Add sugar in the curd.
  2. Chop all fruits.
  3. blend curd and sugar and make lassi.
  4. Add chopped fruits and blend it again.
  5. Take it out in a container and add chopped fruits.
  6. Pour them in moulds of different shapes.
  7. Keep in refrigerator for 5 hrs or till it is set properly.
  8. Now take them out and demould them.
  9. For serving, I have used rabri in shot glasses. You can use rabri from market or make it home by boiling milk ,add sugar add ilaichi powder, reduce it half.
  10. Now serve popsicles with rabri.
