Waldorf salad made with fruits and vegetables

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Apples 2
  2. Pears 2
  3. Oranges 2
  4. Carrot 1 big
  5. Raisins 2 tbsp
  6. Cabbage finely chopped 2 tbsp
  7. Celery chopped 1 tbsp
  8. Pomegranate seeds 1 tbsp
  9. Dates chopped 2 tbsp
  10. Walnut kernels chopped 2 tsp
  11. Coriander leaves finely chopped for dressing
  12. Basil leaves / dried 1 tsp
  13. For dressing
  14. Curd 3 tbsp
  15. Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  16. Honey 1 tbsp
  17. Orange zest 1 tbsp
  18. Orange juice 2 tbsp
  19. Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
  20. Mustard seeds coarsely ground 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Mix dressing well.
  2. Chop fruits. ( with skin )
  3. Mix dressing and curd .
  4. Chill and serve.
