Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Yogurt 2 cup
  2. Crush corn flakes /oats 2 cup
  3. Honey 4 tbsp
  4. Mixed fruit 1 tin
  5. Apple 1
  6. Garnish with sour cream and mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Grate 1/2 an apple in a bowl.
  2. Add chilled yogurt and honey and mix well.
  3. Drain and place the mixed fruits in another bowl.
  4. Put cornflakes /oats in short stemmed glasses. Add apple yogurt mixture
  5. Place the mixed fruits over the yogurt and serve.
  6. Garnish with mint leaves and sour cream.
