ABOUT Bread Gulabjamun With Kesar Milk RECIPE

Small twist to regular gulabjamun and taste was awesome.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Bread 8 pieces
  2. Mawa 1/2 Cup
  3. Milk 1cup
  4. Sugar 1/2 cup
  5. Kesar 1/2 tsp
  6. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Cut the edges of bread. Sprinkle milk on it.
  2. Mix mawa and bread. Make a dough by using milk.
  3. Make small balls with it and give them rose shape.
  4. Heat the oil in a pan. Put roses in it. Fry it till light brown.
  5. In between boil milk with kesar and sugar. Keep it aside.
  6. Now put all roses In the milk and leave it for sometime.
  7. Gulabjamun is ready for Christmas celebration.
