Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 500 gms chicken
  2. 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  3. Chopped Tomatoes
  4. 2 tsp cumin seeds
  5. 4-5 red chillies
  6. 2 tsp black pepper corn
  7. Chopped green chillies
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Water as required
  10. 3 tsp Ghee

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan roast the cumin seeds, red chillis and black peeper corn. And in blender make powder of it.
  2. Heat ghee in a pan, add chicken and stir fry.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste, saute for 4-5 mints add tomatoes cover it and cook for 20 mints in low - medium flame.
  4. Add the powder of cumin, red chilli and black pepper mix well.
  5. Add salt as per as taste.
  6. Add chopped green chillies and then water. Cook for 5-8 mints in high flame.
