Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Raw banana - 2 boiled, peeled and mashed
  2. Cheese -1/4 cup
  3. Green capsicum -1 chopped
  4. salt pepper to taste
  5. Red chilly flakes -1tsp
  6. Corn flour 1 tsp
  7. Maida--1/4 cup
  8. Oil for frying
  9. Coriander leaves
  10. Bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Mix cheese, banana, capsicum, pepper powder, salt, chilly flakes, pizza mix and mix it well
  2. Add chopped coriander leaves and cornflour and mix well. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into small balls
  3. In another bowl add maida and water and make a thin paste. Spread breadcrumbs in a plate
  4. Dip the balls into maida mixture and coat them in bread crumbs. Preheat the air fryer for five minutes
  5. Add the balls into the air fryer and bake for twenty minutes at 200 C Serve with any chutney
