Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Gaund half cup
  2. Makhana 1 cup
  3. Almonds 1/2 cup
  4. Apricots 1/2 cup
  5. Sugar 1 1/2cup
  6. Ghee 1 ladle
  7. 1/2 spoon elaichi powder

Instructions

  1. Crush Almonds,Apricots, Makhana and gaund and roast in one ladle ghee on low flame in a heavy bottom wok for a few seconds
  2. Now add sugar to this and start roasting still on low flame till sugar starts melting and binds up all ingredients. Add elaichi powder to it
  3. When it starts binding, transfer to a greased plate and shape like a square. Cut square pieces
  4. Let it cool . Enjoy the bars when you are hungry
