Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Pink colour
  2. blue colour
  3. Cocoa powder
  4. 5-6 spoons sugar
  5. 1 tablespoon baking soda
  6. 3 eggs
  7. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  8. 2 cups maida
  9. 2 tablespoons butter
  10. 1 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Crack eggs into a bowl & beat until creamy.
  2. Add in the dry ingredients including baking soda.
  3. Add melted butter, sugar and milk to the mix.
  4. Heat the frying pan to a medium low flame.
  5. Divide batter into three parts. To one part add pink colour. to second part add blue colour and add cocoa powder to the third part.
  6. Take a ladleful of the mixture of one colour at a time. Spread the batter thinly and evenly on the heated tawa. Cook till golden brown on both the sides. Repeat with the blue and cocoa colour batters.
  7. serve
