ABOUT Spaghetti Delight RECIPE

A simple dish with veggies and Italian flavours.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Spaghetti 1/2 packet
  2. Veggies (Red and yellow capsicum, corn, mushrooms, carrots)
  3. Tomatoes 1/2 kg
  4. Garlic 3-4 cloves
  5. Onion 1 large
  6. Oregano
  7. Red pepper
  8. Salt
  9. Black pepper
  10. Olive oil 3-4 tbsp
  11. Basil leaves Few

Instructions

  1. Boil the spaghetti in a big pan.
  2. When it's done, wash it with cold water and sprinkle some oil on it.
  3. Cut the veggies into long strips.
  4. Blanch them.
  5. In a pan take some oil and saute them.
  6. Add salt and black pepper.
  7. In a saucepan, keep tomatoes for boiling by making a slit in them.
  8. When it's done, blend them in a blender.
  9. In a pan, add olive oil and put chopped onion and saute it.
  10. Then add garlic and saute for few seconds.
  11. Add the tomatoes.
  12. Mix it well and add oregano, red pepper, salt and black pepper.
  13. Crush some basil leaves and add to it.
  14. Continue to stir till the sauce gets thick. Switch off the flame.
  15. In a wok, take 1 tbsp oil and add garlic.
  16. Stir it for few seconds.
  17. Add speghatti and stir it.
  18. Add salt and pepper.
  19. Now for assembling, put some spaghetti in a serving plate
  20. Top it with the sauce.
  21. Pour some prepared veggies.
  22. Finally, decorate with a basil leaf.
  23. Serve hot.
