Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Chopped almond 1/2 cup
  2. Chopped cashew 1/2 cup
  3. Chopped walnut 1/2 cup
  4. Chopped pistachio 2 tbs
  5. Kishmish 2tbs
  6. Coconut powder 1/2 cup
  7. Fresh milk cream 1 tbs
  8. Honey 1/2 cup honey
  9. Milk powder 2 tbs
  10. Elaichi powder 1/2 tsp
  11. Nutmeg powder 1/2tsp

Instructions

  1. Heat the pan and roast all chopped nuts without . Do not add kishmish
  2. Take a pan and add fresh milk cream and honey
  3. Mix them on low flame for 5 minutes until they become runny
  4. Now add milk powder and roasted nuts .
  5. Make sure that there are no lumps
  6. Mix them all together and also add some coconut powder
  7. Now remove from the heat and let the mixture rest for a few minutes
  8. Add kishmish, elaichi, nutmeg powder and mix well .
  9. Now smear some ghee on palm and take some mixture from the pan and make balls .
  10. Roll the balls in the desiccated coconut
  11. Healthy balls are ready. You can store them in an airtight container
  12. This recipe will make 18 to 20 balls
