Lentil crisps ( papad) stuffed with spicy cottage cheese and nuts.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Dal papad 2
  2. Cottage cheese 50 gms
  3. Chopped mixed nuts 2 tbsp
  4. Mint coriander chutney 2 tbsp
  5. OIL FOR BRUSHING

Instructions

  1. Finely dice cottage cheese.
  2. In a bowl mix together cottage cheese, chopped mix nuts ( cashew, raisins, walnuts etc) and mint-coriander chutney. Let it rest for 20 minutes to marinate. Make sure that chutney is really spicy else add chopped green chillies and chat masala to the marinade.
  3. Wet papads to make them easy to fold.
  4. Place marinated stuff in center of papad length wise and roll the papad to seal stuffing.
  5. Brush oil on these rolls.
  6. Roast these rolls in air fryer for 4 minutes.
  7. Turn them over and air fry for one minute more. Ready to serve.
