ABOUT Mutton Mince Puff Pastry Patties RECIPE

Everybody loves eating puff pastries and there's no doubt about it . Once in a while , this snack can be enjoyed , especially when we health conscious moms do everything to make everything healthy .

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 2 onions finely chopped
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Cumin powder 1 tsp
  4. coriander powder 1 tsp
  5. black pepper powder 1 tsp
  6. 2-3 green chillies finely chopped
  7. Lots of coriander to garnish
  8. Garam masala 1 tsp
  9. Puff pastry block
  10. 1 tsp garlic mince
  11. 300 gm lean mutton mince or chicken mince
  12. An egg
  13. Kalonji ( black seeds ) for garnishing ( optional )

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees C , before starting your actual cooking .
  2. In a pan with 1 tbsp of heated oil , add your mutton mince or chicken mince .
  3. Let the mince cook for a min or so before adding all of your masalas .
  4. Once done , keep it aside .
  5. Take your puff pastry and place it in a diagonal manner .
  6. Put in your filling at the center . Carefully , bring the two ends of the sheet together and pinch it down firmly .
  7. Complete doing all of those .
  8. As a final step , brush your egg wash over the puff pastries .
  9. Spread your black seeds over the egg wash for extra flavour .
  10. Bake for about 30-35 mins or until golden brown .
  11. Let them cool and enjoy .
