Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 onion slices in thin rings
  2. 1 cucumber peeled and slices finely
  3. 1 beetroot boiled and thinly slices
  4. 2 cups boil potato grated
  5. Mixed color bell pepper
  6. White bread slices
  7. Coriander chutney
  8. Tomato Sauce
  9. butter
  10. Sandwhich Masala or Chaat Masala
  11. Extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Spread green chutney, tomato sauce & butter on each slice.
  2. Now place onions, cucumbers and potatoes on the buttered slice. Bell pepper, potatos & beetroot on green chutney slice. Put some sandwhich masala on each slice.
  3. Here the potato will act as a glue for closing the sandwhich.
  4. Now put green chuney slice over the buttered slice and finally the tomato sauce slice on top and press slightly.
  5. Now take a grilled pan or tawa and roast on both sides u ntill nice and crisp. I have used extra virgin olive oil on both sides. Butter can also be used.
  6. Slice & enjoy!!!
