Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Green peas 1/4th cup
  2. French beans chopped finely 1/4 th cup
  3. Potato 1 large boiled and cubed
  4. Carrot chopped 1/4th cup
  5. Apple diced 1/4 th cup
  6. Pineapple cubed 1/4 th cup
  7. Fresh cream 1/2 cup
  8. Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
  9. Black pepper a tsp
  10. Caster sugar 2 tbsp
  11. Bread slices as needed

Instructions

  1. Parboil the veggies.
  2. Add the fruits and veggies into a bowl.
  3. Mix in all the other ingredients and lo and behold, you are ready to go.
  4. Bake the little baskets in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C for about 10minutes.
  5. Fill these with the yummy salad and serve.
