Very easy and healty dish for kids

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Anjeer (8-10)
  2. Almonds 1 cup
  3. Pista 1 cup
  4. Cashew 1 cup
  5. Ghee 1 tsp
  6. Cardomon powder 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Soak anjeer in hot water for 5 min
  2. Grind anjeer without adding water
  3. Chop all almonds, cashew and pista
  4. Take a pan, add 1tsp ghee & add all chopped dry fruits , mix well and cook for 5min
  5. Swictoff the flame & add cardomon powder
  6. Transfer the mixture to greased plate
  7. Cut into pieces when it cools down
