Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Peeled medium sized potatoes: 5 pcs
  2. Jaggery :300 gram
  3. Green Ilaichi : 5 pc
  4. Maida: 5 tablespoons
  5. Refined Oil for deep frying

Instructions

  1. Boil peeled potatoes.
  2. Mash these boiled potatoes and make a soft dough by adding maida to it.
  3. Take small balls of dough and roll on your palm to give them a cylindrical shape.
  4. Heat the oil and deep fry these rolls till they turn golden brown. Keep aside all fried rolls.
  5. To make jahggery syrup, mix jaggery with 1 cup of water bring to boil till it becomes little sticky.
  6. Now, crush ilaichi and add to the syrup to get a good flavor.
  7. Finally put all fried rolls in the jaggerry syrup. Before serving, keep aside for half an hour. Enjoy this dessert!
