ABOUT Kimchi Salad RECIPE

Kimchi is actually Korean word. Its a side dish made of vegetables with different seasonings. Kimchi salad is also one of the dish originated from Korea. My all time favorite salad.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Lettuce 100 grams
  2. Cucumber 2
  3. Carrot 2
  4. Onion 1
  5. Vinegar 4 tablespoon
  6. Olive oil 1 tablespoon
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Sugar 1 tablespoon
  9. Chilli flakes
  10. Garlic cloves 4
  11. Ginger 1 inch
  12. Tomato Ketchup 1 tablespoon
  13. Soy sauce 2 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Chop all the ingredients finely.
  2. Now in a grinder, add garlic cloves, ginger, chilli, vinegar, sugar, soya sauce and salt.
  3. Grind until it turns smooth.
  4. Now add 1 tablespoon oil in it.
  5. If the mixture is thick then add water to make it runny.
  6. Now add the runny sauces mixture in the salad.
  7. At the end add tomato ketchup and mix well.
  8. Keep this mixture in refrigerator for 10-12 hours.
  9. When it will become moist, then serve with any dish.
