Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 4 slices of white bread
  2. 250 gm chicken keema
  3. Haldi/ Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
  4. Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  5. Ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon
  6. Green chilli 1/2
  7. Gram masala 1 teaspoon
  8. Onion 1 large
  9. Salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. Wash the keema and keep it aside.
  2. Chop the onion. Keep it aside.
  3. Then heat the oil, add in the onions and saute them till they are pink in colour.
  4. Add in the ginger-garlic paste and saute, then add in the keema and all the dry spices. Next pour in the water.
  5. Take the sliced bread, apply a little butter and add in the cooked keema on one slice and cover it with the other sliced bread. Shred some cheese and toast it.
