Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Carrots 2
  2. Capsicum 1
  3. Cabbage 1/2
  4. Bacon 3 slices
  5. Chicken boiled and shredded 1 cup
  6. Soya sauce 4 tbsp
  7. Green chilli sauce 4 tbsp
  8. Sweet chilli sauce 4 tbsp
  9. Tomato puree 3 tbsp
  10. Egg 1
  11. Toasted sesame seeds 1 teaspoon
  12. Hakka Noodles 3 packets

Instructions

  1. Chop up the carrots, capsicum and cabbage. Keep it aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, then fry the bacon and chicken in it. In the same oil, fry all the vegetables.
  3. Keep the noodles to boil in salted water. Then strain and keep aside.
  4. Next, add the soya, tomato puree, chilli sauce and sweet chilli sauce to the vegetables. Cook it for 5 minutes if you want the veggies to be softer.
  5. Scramble the egg with salt and pepper. Once the noodles are boiled, add them to the vegetables, then add in the chicken and bacon to the pan and mix it well.
  6. Once the sauce has coated the noodles, add the scrambled eggs and stir well.
  7. Finally add the toasted sesame seeds as a garnish and serve it hot.
